Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are handled at our discretion and on a case-by-case basis. We understand that circumstances can arise where a return may be necessary, and we aim to resolve these situations fairly and sensitively.

If you believe your order does not meet expectations, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will review your concerns and determine the appropriate course of action. Factors such as product condition, timing, and the nature of the issue will be considered when assessing eligibility for a return or replacement.

Should a return be approved, we will arrange for our courier to collect the product free of charge, ensuring the process is as convenient as possible for you. Please note that flowers must be returned in their original condition where feasible, and we may request photographs to assist with our assessment.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected. As every arrangement is bespoke and created with fresh blooms, we cannot guarantee identical replacements, but we will strive to provide a suitable alternative or resolution.
